For teams running a fully customizable checkout, on a platform or headless.
This release puts the controls in the merchant's hands: run your own contextual interventions, choose your checkout template, and help shoppers find the words when they send a gift.
Available now
Build your own contextual interventions. With the new Contextual Intervention Builder, merchants create and schedule contextual interventions directly in the Qomit Control Center. Pick a template (a help prompt, a delivery message, a reassurance signal), set where and when it appears, and switch it on. No code, no ticket.
Choose your checkout template. Qomit Checkout now supports multiple checkout templates, giving merchants the flexibility to choose the experience that best fits their brand and customers. Now available: a single-page accordion checkout where the whole purchase lives on one page, a compact order recap always in view. Configurable per merchant, measurable by A/B test.
AI-suggested gift messages. Inside the checkout's gifting flow, when a shopper marks their order as a gift, Qomit Checkout now suggests a personalized message they can keep or edit in one tap. No more blank-page moment where gifting usually stalls. Available to merchants who offer gifting at checkout, measurable by A/B test.
Behind the scenes
AI shopper personas. Behind the scenes, we run AI agents that behave like distinct shoppers, from the hurried mobile buyer to the cautious first-timer, through our checkouts. Their feedback feeds the UX improvements we ship and A/B test every release.
